User Responsibilities

Freelancers: Ensure that you provide accurate information about your skills and deliver quality work.

Clients: Clearly define project requirements and ensure timely payment upon project completion.

Fees and Payments

Freelancers are charged a 30% service fee on each payment received through Niemploy.

Clients are charged a 2.5% processing fee on every transaction.

Fees are deducted automatically when payments are processed.

Dispute Resolution

Ownership of Work

The rights to any completed work are automatically transferred to the client upon payment. Freelancers agree to relinquish all ownership claims to the work once compensation has been received.

No Additional Charges

Niemploy does not impose any additional charges, such as withdrawal or hidden fees.

Limitation of Liability

Niemploy acts solely as a platform for connecting clients and freelancers. We are not responsible for the quality of work delivered or any agreements made outside of the platform.

Jurisdiction

While Niemploy is being developed in Nigeria, it is not bound by any specific country’s legal jurisdiction.

Termination of Use

Niemploy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

Amendments

Niemploy may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in activities such as spamming, sharing fraudulent information, or bypassing the platform’s payment system.
